Songpon Saengpun

Songpon Saengpun, whose nickname is Brian, graduated from the Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi.  Right after his study, Brian joined the Asian Institute of Technology in 2009 as an Operation Clerk at the Building Facilities and Maintenance unit and moved to Sodexo Support Service (Thailand).  In 2011, he rejoined AIT and resumed his career as an Assistant Admin Officer with CSR Asia Center at AIT and was promoted to Program Officer in 2012.  He joined AIT Extension in 2014.

Working with AIT Extension, his main responsibilities are to manage overall unit operations including human resource, finance, procurement, IT service management and ensure logistical and technical support to all training program units. He also provides a high level of support and assistance to the Executive Director. As an integral of his work, he supervises the administrative team and assists colleagues to identify and solve the problem related to administrative issues.  Brian communicates information and guides other colleagues on working policies and procedures.

With his extensive knowledge and experience in event management and high negotiation skill, Brian serves asa coordinator in dealing with the suppliers and hotel sale representatives for the best benefit of the office.
