This two week program is designed to provide concept and practice of Financial Inclusion and Microfinance as well as to provide a holistic perspective to participants. The program is ideal for entry level and middle management participants from financial institutions and banks operating or opening a microfinance desk.

Objective:Participants would be able to:
- Understand and appreciate the concepts of Financial Inclusion and Microfinance
- Practice them in their work place better
- Learn how microfinance helps livelihoods through Micro Enterprise and Job Creation
- Understand risks better and learn techniques to mitigate them
- Managing finances better and add up to the bottom lines
- Help in innovating new products and set interest rates
- Better understand issues such as Governance, Gender etc.
- Manage microfinance institutions better
