Education and Training Development Program of AIT Extension is currently organizing the Sixth Advanced Faculty Professional Development Program on Ensuring Training Effectiveness for Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan. Twenty-four (24) faculty members from different universities and HEC officials are attending the program. This 3- week program aims to upgrade the knowledge and enhance the skills of faculty members and education managers in the area of management and delivery of training programs. The program focuses on competency mapping, training design, innovative training techniques, coaching and mentoring, integration of ICT applications in training, result-based evaluation of training, as well as exposure visits to public and private universities in Bangkok and in the region.
