Information Technology and Engineering Unit, AIT Extension is hosting a two weeks customize training program on “Project Management and IT” for 20 mid and senior-level officials from Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd. Dhaka, Bangladesh. The objective of this training course is to enhance the participants understanding on the latest principles and techniques of project management and IT, so that they will be able to identify situations where such techniques may add value and begin to apply them to reduce overall project risk on big projects.
Course content includes ICT tools and techniques used in planning and implementation of projects involving larger budgets and requiring large number of human resources with a broad array of physical resources. The course also includes study visits to relevant organizations in Thailand.
