Position
Yilan is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of marginalized groups and the capacity building of development practitioners, with a strong focus on the intersectionality of gender equality, human rights, humanitarian aid, and inclusive education. Her professional journey includes extensive experience with local NGOs, the ASEAN Studies Center, and international organization.
Yilan joined AIT in November 2023, and her job responsibilities included training development and coordination, partnership building, research, and communications for the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals. Yilan holds two master's degrees: one in Human Rights from Mahidol University, Thailand, and the other in Chinese Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2020.
