This seven (7) days Customized Professional Development Course is prepared for seven (7) senior officers from the Project for Strengthening the National Rural Transport Program (SNRTP), Government of Nepal from 22 – 29 April 2019
The main aim / objective of this professional development training course is to enhance the understanding, skills and capacity of the Senior Level Officials from the Project for Strengthening the National Rural Transport Program (SNRTP), Government of Nepal about Project Cycle Management, specifically in the areas of project planning, resource mobilization, project implementation, and procurement and contract management of the project. The focus of the training program is going to be on Rural Road Development project. Some of the key issues to be addressed during the training program are:
- Project Management
- Project Implementation, Control and Management focus on Rural Road Projects
- Procurement and Contract Management
- Study visit to projects with specific to Rural Road Development Project in Thailand
