The 5 days course on “Project Management” is organized for executive engineers, sub-divisional, assistant engineers, accountants and auditors working in the energy sector. The course is designed in such a way that after completion the participants will be able to better manage their projects through its entire lifecycle.
Objective: Upon completion of this training course, the participant will acquaint knowledge and skills on project management to manage a project through its entire life from initiating to closing in an efficient and effective manner.
TIMING: The training course will be held from 21st March to 25th March 2019.
VENUE: AIT, Thailand
