The course aims to enhance the skills of the participants to describe project management and its key elements, including: project stakeholders, project management knowledge areas, tools and techniques, and success factors. After completion of the Project Management training course, participants will be able to:
- Apply a set of best practice project management skills to any project
- Successfully plan and implement projects
- Complete a project within budget and on schedule
- Delegate responsibilities to project team members
TIMING: The training course will be held during 5 – 17 November 2018 (excluding travel time)
