The ten days professional development course on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management is prepared for the four-course evaluator and eight (senior and mid-level) officials from their own organization. The course is designed in such a way that all the participants understand the broad concept of disaster risk reduction and management.
Objective: The objective of this course is to understand the disaster risk reduction concepts & DRR conceptual frameworks and institutional mechanism as well as monitor program inputs, process and results required for management of DRR.
TIMING: 23 June 2018 to 2 July 2018.
VENUE: Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, and Universitas Jember, Indonesia
PARTICIPANTS: 12 professionals along with a team for course evaluation.
