Participants: Procurement managers, public sector administrators involved in procurement, accountants and financial officers involved in cost control of public procurement.

Course Brief: This course will demonstrate how to use ICT as an enabler to optimize procurement performance, and how to transfer from the paper-based procurement processes and management to electronic processes. It will describe the development of appropriate and sustainable e-procurement strategies in a phased approach.
