Participants: Government officers in charge of international construction projects; engineers, contractors, consultants, managers and construction professionals involved in international construction projects.

Course Brief: This course is designed to enable participants to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the issues related to international construction projects, contract administration and on the relevant use of ICT in construction projects. The contents cover overview of international construction projects, project management for international construction projects, basis of international construction contracts, FIDIC conditions of contract, procurement management, preparation works for tender and contract, practice and theory of schedule control, practice of negotiation of claim/dispute and study visit to different construction sites such as highway engineering, water resources engineering projects and high-rise building construction projects.
