This two-week course aims to provide a venue for leaders, administrators and managers of education institutions to discuss about best practices in leadership and management of education institutions in the 21st century.
Through personal reflection, workshops and other participatory approaches, participants engage in discussions with expert resource persons on topics such as good governance, leadership and management challenges, change management, quality assurance and e-governance during classroom sessions and study visits to education institutions.
