Course Brief: The course is designed to enable the participants to properly organize survey or census data, perform validation and consistency checks, and process the data to produce the desired statistical outputs, using mainly the current available statistics. Participants learn to organize data files, into which survey data are encoded, validated, checked for consistency, exported to a database or statistical software and processed to generate the desired statistical output. The course includes a mini-project, in which participants are asked to organize and process their own data, the real data brought by them.
