Learn from practitioners on how to develop M & E pathways that foster measurement of results and respond to current changes of M&E contexts. Broadening perspectives for innovative ways to develop tools and reporting mechanisms that help to make decisions for project implementation.  

Aims of the program

  1. Enhance practical knowledge and scope for M&E approach and practices during COVID-19.   
  2. Be acquainted with appropriate research design and data collection tools.
  3. Apply M &E  concept to create information sharing and reporting strategies.

Learning Modules and Contents

Module-1: Project Cycle Management and M&E

Key Take Away(s): The audience will relearn and have a solid understanding of the importance of M&E in every part of the project cycle. The key message that the M&E of donor projects will start from day one.

  • Key concepts of result-based management
  • Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning - A new M&E framework

Module-2:Key Concepts of Result-based Management and MEL

Key Take Away (s): The audience will be able to relate the identification of key indicators with the resulting chain of donor projects. They will learn and recreate the meaning of result-based tools for M&E pathway.
