AIT Extension in collaboration with Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Malaysia is running a 6-days (19-24 Dec 2010) specialized professional training course on “Waste Management & Renewable Energy Technology with an emphasis on Monitoring and Maintenance”. This course has been designed exclusively for DNV’s engineers & audit officers. Twenty four participants from China, India, Malaysia and Norway are attending this program at the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand.
The program aims to strengthen and widen the participants’ knowledge on waste management and renewable energy (wind & hydro power) technologies. The focus has been emphasized on sound monitoring, maintenance and calibration.
