This one-week Customized Professional Development Course is prepared for nineteen (19) officers from Government of West Bengal and the officers of the Jindal Global University, India during 16 – 20 September 2019.
The course aims to take a comparative and thematic approach to issues in public sector management and encourages participants to consider their relevance to their own countries and workplaces. The training course intends to emphasis on issues of public sector reform, governance and administration with the aim to improve the performance and productivity.
Some of the key issues to be addressed during the training program are:

- Public Service Delivery and Good Governance
- Public Sector Effectiveness and Leadership Skills
