The 6 days course on “Construction Management” is organized for civil engineers engaged in the civil engineering construction projects within their organization. The course is designed in such a way that after the completion the participants will be able to better manage their own workplaces through advanced skills through construction supervision, quality control and cost control.
Objective: The course as a whole aims to provide relevant knowledge on construction management practices relating to construction supervision, quality and cost control; enhance knowledge on organization, health and safety for construction management; develop insights into the development and use to project time and cost management; thoroughly understand the claim and dispute resolution procedures under FIDIC 1999 Conditions of Contracts and better understand on the different aspects of the best practices in construction industry through field visits to ongoing construction projects.
TIMING: The professional development course will be held during 26th November – 01st December 2018
