Development Management Unit, AIT Extension is hosting twelve participants from Bangladesh, Pakistan, India and Afghanistan for the training program on “Management and Implementation of Development Projects” (08 – 26 Aug, 2011). This three week training course is explicitly tailored to the professional requirements of the participating executives and designed to enhance their management and implementation skills in respect to various development projects with a particular focus on planning, application, coordination, and monitoring & evaluation.
The program incorporates a field study, in Thailand, which offers an opportunity to apply conceptual understanding and techniques to organizations and issues in a society undergoing rapid cultural, political and economic change.
