Course Objectives:
The course aims to:
- Create comprehensive understanding of the concepts, approach, and tools for Monitoring,
- Evaluation, and Learning (MEL);
- Provide essential knowledge resources to prepare an M&E plan for project implementation, especially in fisheries sector;
- Guide adoption of a result-based approach in planning projects and use the logical framework tool and be able to define measurable indicators to follow up and evaluate projects; and
- Exchange practical knowledge on the applications of the concepts and examples to on-going projects of SEAFDEC.
The course outline is the standard outline of the course developed by AIT Extension. These learning substances can be customized to make it more relevant to the works of SEAFDEC.
