Six senior educators from Government of India are attending this specialized course on “Advanced Competencies for Trainers” at AIT campus, Bangkok, Thailand. Upon the request of Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India, AIT Extension has been providing this type of training since few years, and many of the program alumni are now established trainers and directors of training.
This training is designed to prepare trainers who already have skills as trainers to proceed to a higher level of training implementation. This program prepares participants to conduct a training needs assessment, develop detailed plans for training, develop and test a training curriculum, conduct training using more advanced training techniques, conduct training follow up and evaluate training.
