Course content covers ICT tools and techniques used in planning and implementation of projects involving large budgets and requiring a large number of human resources with a broad array of physical resources. It addresses the technical skills encompassing project scope, time management, cost management, project integration management, risk management, human resource management, project quality management, management information system, and communication management. The course includes study visits to selected organizations in Thailand.
