Developing Community Sustainable Livelihoods

This fee is for a customized course for ten or fewer participants. For additional participants, the fee is USD 2500 ​per participant.

Participants: Development planners, administrators, managers or officials in development agencies

Course Brief: This program aims to expose participants with learning opportunity on grass root development approaches on sustainable livelihoods. The program covers seminars on key issues of sustainable livelihoods, livelihoods assessment and quality of life indicators. It highlights exposure visits to development agencies and projects working on livelihoods development such as community master plan, livable communities, indigenous knowledge for local economic growth, skills training, community environmental management, community enterprise and re-managing community through the “Village that Learns” Model.
