Course Brief: This advanced course in HR transformation guides participants in exploring and adopting the principles of Human Resources and Organization Management leadership in Asia. Content also includes transformation in the HR and training functions; leadership and management development in 5 critical functional workforces (sales, finance, marketing, strategic planning, and information technology); overcoming critical HR and training shortcomings; and outsourcing to improve HR and training performance and effectiveness.
